We were surprised how quickly this bed arrived at our doorstep, just a few days after ordering it. The freight company called as we expected and it was easy to set up a time for delivery. My husband was able to get this upstairs in pieces and assembly was fairly easy. It looks much more expensive then the purchase price and we are very happy with this purchase as we have been with all our furniture purchases at Overstock.com.

this is a beautiful bed and not hard to install. However the very first time we used it and my husband rolled over, the slats broke and the mattress collapsed onto the floor! We are not heavy - my husband weighs 130 lbs. The 3 narrow slats are simply insufficent to support the mattress.
