The ottoman itself was lovely. However, the plastic feet were crushed into a million pieces leaving large nails pointing out of the bottom. As always Overstock is refunding my money. Great customer service! Hoping it comes back in stock soon.

The cubes came completely assembled..............hurrah, for once, nothing to assemble. They were well packed & arrived without a scratch. The covering is smooth and rather shiny. There is storage aplenty and the tops reverse to a tray, which is very handy.

The leather, size and finish on the tray are very nice. However, the plastic feet were cracked and smashed. There didn't seem to be any damage to the outside of the box, I think it's the way these things are packaged. I had bought two and pried the feet out of one ottoman so one has the un-damaged feet in it, othe other one I used the feet from the ottomans we were replacing and put them on the bottom. I just didn't want to deal with the hassle of exchanging. It's pretty heavy to move, so it does need some plastic feet on the botttom if you want to be able to move it on a carpet.

These cubes are great. They are beautiful and the lid flips easily for access to the trays. There was no smell when I opened the box at all. They are versatile and the color is true to the picture.

i loved the product..it matches my furniture, looks very classy, sturdy and spacious. I can fit all my sons toys and books in it. and the tray works well when i have visitors.

I love this cube so much that I just ordered a mate for it. It's sturdy, well made and looks great in my living room. I store my entire record collection inside with room to spare. The other one I plan to make into a small bar area when folks come over and then storage for when I want to use it as an ottoman. Also, looks great with my Soho Leather Club Chair that I also bought on o.co. I would highly recommend if you are considering it.

Well, I finally have two Milano Chocolate Storage Cubes in good condition thanks to overstock.com, and the cubes are exactly what I wanted. BUT 1 of 2 cubes originally shipped to me was damaged so I contacted overstock.com customer service and a replacement cube was shipped to me . . . 3rd cube had obviously been dropped because the box it was shipped in was badly damaged, and so was the cube . . . again, I contacted overstock.com customer service, and 4th cube was shipped to me in good condition . . . quite frankly, the shipping boxes were not strong enough to protect the cubes.

We bought two of these for our den. They are sturdy and we love that they create an extra source of storage for us. However, when we first took these out of the box, there was a very strong odor that we've determined is the material they are made out of. As a matter of fact, we kept from taking the second one out of the box until we could be sure the smell dissipated from the first one. It took a while but the smell diminished enough that we felt they were worth keeping. I would still recommend this to a friend.

These cubes are exactly as described. The leather is attractive and they are heavy and well made. I bought two to use in my living room and they are already getting plenty of use, one as a hassock and one as an end table. I'm also storing magazines in them. Very convenient and attractive addition. They are a little bigger than I envisioned from the picture, but the measurements are as described. Overall I'm pleased with my purchase and the price was certainly better than at a well known home furnishings store.

cutest storage cubes ever! i use these as night stands since i have a platform bed. it's nice because the trays provide a hard surface for my alarm clock and lamps, etc. yet, because i have a small place, i can easily use them as comfortable seats for others to sit on when i have guests. very versatile, easy to move around, spacious storage, and super chic. i highly recommend it!

The shipment came quickly, the product I loved and the price was perfect. I have nothing bad to say. I would but it again if I needed another one!

We ordered two of the Milano chocolate cubes. The packaging is not very sturdy with only thin sheets of foam around the cube in the box. Because of this the leather was torn in the corner of one of the units where the box was damaged in shipping. We got a replacement when they came back in stock. The color of the cubes is quite dark as the picture shows. People might mistake them for black at first glance. The cubes themselves are very good quality for the money. They are sturdy and have no problem being a seat when needed. The trays work nicely and are very convenient. The leather is not fine Italian leather or anything but good for the price and seems like it will last. I really like the stitching pattern and overall they look great in our family room.

OH MY GOSH!!!! The cubes came today. They are absolutely beautiful!!!! I ordered (2) for the living room. They are just spectacular!!! I LOVE THEM!!! They are heavy and the quality of the material is outstanding. They look like I spent way over the actual cost. I could not believe my eyes when I removed them from the packaging. The chocolate color is rich and looks quite expensive. This is my third purchase from overstock in the past 2 months and everything has just been quite lovely.

The cubes were very well made and exactly as they were marketed.

These turned out to be exactly what I was looking for... Crawling infant was not going to work with any coffee table. These are safe and look good!

It was everything I hoped it would be - the quality is excellent - the storage space is more than ample and eliminates the need for a magazine stand. The tray is solid and offers additional serving space. When you live in an apartment - this is an excellent choice for both additional seating and storage.
