We purchased our first set of Mikasa Antique White dinnerware from a department store, and purchased this one as a 2nd set to accommodate extra company during the holidays. So after paying full price, we were very pleased with the Overstock price. Delivery was quick, and the dinnerware was packed so well that it arrived in perfect condition. It is a beautiful set of dishes and can be matched with other pieces to dress up a table. We are very pleased with our purchase.

Purchasing dinnerware online, I was apprehensive about the quality and durability of the various selections available. After reviewing others comments, I chose this set and couldn't be happier. The quality is fantastic. There are many beautiful designs out there but I wanted something that would not chip or crack shortly after purchase. I chose a white color so I could intermingle the pieces with my other blue/white dinnerware set , especially, when our dinner guests exceed twelve. Keep up the good work Overstock!

I have had these dishes three years. They are a creamy white color, very simple design, but classy and elegant. I use them everyday and with company. They are chip resistant and oven safe. None of mine have been damaged. I love the shape and size of the teacups, but I do find the bowls to be a little wide. Everyone comments on how beautiful they are, even in their simplicity.

I had been looking for dinnerware to replace my current which I purchased at Macys which chipped very easily, I have had this new dinnerware for a few months and couldn't be happier.... not chips or cracks looks great and holds up to everyday use.

I absolutely love these dishes. They are more white than antique color to me, but I am ok with that. They are great in the Microwave, they do not get hot. So far they have been durable. The only thing I do not like is the bowls. They are very shallow and large. We were used to smaller bowls. I am getting used to it. I am very pleased with my purchase.

I just love these dishes !!! They were absolutely beautiful, simple and durable! Shipped with total care ! The color is exactly what I wanted, a little hue off white but NOT cream. I have seen NO wear as I have used them and am very pleased with this set !!!

I love these dishes! My only regret is that I found the other version of it after the fact. I prefer the set that has cappuccino mugs and unrimmed cereal bowls. I actually got a set to augment my first set. At least they all go together. I also have the 5 bowl pasta set which is great.

This looks great I love the traditional feel and gives a great tradtional look. The dinnerware is not to thick and is easy to use.

So happy and pleased by this China. Ordered them for Christmas dinner as a gift from my in laws. Every piece arrived in perfect condition, very well packed - within a week! Elegant design, sturdy China that fits perfectly in my small dishwasher for great convenience. The only thing is that I wish it came with a gravy boat. But due to it's color and design finding matching ware is very easy. So pleased with this product and ordered two more settings. Even my in laws were pleased!

Needed a set that would work for everyday as well as for special occasions. This set is perfect. Nice design, looks elegant plates are sturdy. The antique white color works for any occasion; can be mixed with colored pieces for holidays. I like that the set came with accessory pieces (sugar, creamer, platter and serving bowl). A beautiful set at a great price.
