We bought 3 of these silver bar-stools for our own use; however, we found them quite difficult to sit on, without a "back" to support us (we are both over the age of 55). We presented these to our daughter and family and the stools are now used and enjoyed daily!!! Very sturdy and VERY classy!!!

These stools look great and are very easy to assemble. My only complaint is how easily the finish scuffs and receives scrapes. Each time the stool makes contact with the counter the finish scrapes off. I will probably end up refinishing them myself at a later time. Otherwise, the stools are a good buy.

I like these stools, easy to clean, easy to sit in. I wouldn't recommend them for larger people but otherwise they are fine. We also have a tall stainless bar table with them that we purchased on o.co. Great set for a small kitchen with a modern flare.

This set of Midback Adjustable Barstools is simply adorable. I have developed a small bar corner in my larger living room having a modern and funny style. I have ordered two sets from these funny, modern, elegant and high quality barstools. Their shape is unique and the price affordable. In addition they give us and our guests a comfortable place to sit on and drink a great cocktail.

We purchased these for our modern ***** kitchen countertop and they go perfectly with the minimal vibe. The bucket seat style and the ABS plastic have a modern, built-for-speed kind of feeling. The seats are comfortable and gas-lift design of the adjustment handle is pretty cool. Who knew that sitting in a bar stool could be so much fun? Awesome for parties. Guests just adore them. I’ve seen similar ones for a lot more.

These stools are good looking and very easy to put together (no tools required). However for the price you are getting plastic seats and not metal. Also the seats are on the small side - some adults have commented that it feels like you can't sit fully on the seat and are tipping forward.

When I have a party, I can’t get my guests off them. They’re so popular that iIt seems I can sit in them only when I’m home alone.

i would not recommend these chairs. disappointed in quality, lift doesnt work and they are extrememly light weighing only a couple pounds each.

These stools look much more expensive than they were and were very easy to assemble. The only problem I have with them is that the blackpaint chips easily.

The style and overall appearance of these stools is very nice. However, the value and functionality is disappointing. The seat surface is shallow, hard, and small. If you have above average sized guest they are likely to be uncomfortable and not have sufficient space to sit. Also, if the stool hits the wall there is substantial paint transfer from the stool to the wall that leaves scratches on the stool's paint finish. Finally, they are too light, hollow, and plastically. If your just going for the look and not function these stools will do, because they really are aesthetically pleasing.

I bought these for my daughter's makeup corner. She wanted a modern, adjustable, high back stool for the makeup counter we put in for her and the stools are perfect. Unsure what we were going to do with the other one, but that one fits there also. She and her girlfriends do their hair and makeup together perfect great buy. I don't think you would be disappointed. Ordered on a Sunday night and received them on Tuesday morning.

I bought 2 black mid-back adjustable barstools and I love them so much, I ordered 4 more! They have a sleek ultra-modern look that I was going for; I have a small dining area and an eat-at bar between dining room and kitchen. Because they adjust I have 3 barstools at that area, and I bought the 30" 3-sided glass topped table, and put 3 lowered black 'chairs' at the table. I have seating for six, it looks incredibly roomy, and is exactly the look I wanted!

I have these at my bar. They are very comfortable,stylish,sturdy, and simple. They could be used at a kitchen counter. The price is reasonable and I couldn't be happier. I can't find anything I don't care for about them.

These are high style big dollar looking stools. The seats are a little snug for someone with a larger than normal derriere' but other than that I can imagine paying a fortune for them in a specialty shop. Great buy, both stools in the same box and in mint condition and they look pretty durable. Highly recommend.New Orleans

These barstools are solidly constructed and look great! They changed the look of our entire room, making it more modern. They swivel easily and completely. The only minuses are that they smelled like petroleum for the first week they were here (it has now dissipated), and overweight people who try to sit on them slide out (so they provide good incentive for watching the waistline :) ).

Very modern look, weve had no problems with chipping paint as mentioned in earlier reviews. The seats are comfortable for being plastic and having a back makes you feel like you wont fall out of them, compared to similar stools with shorter backs. There is some assembly required but it didnt take long and we didnt even need the instructions, very easy. The packing and shipping was quality and we recieved them very quickley. The hydraulic lifting system works great, its nice to be able to set them to the exact height we need for our counter them lower them for extra seating at the table. Because of this movement, however, when you first sit down they do sink a bit, like sitting on a spring, and while they are very sturdy, there is slight movement and tipping if you move around and when you first sit down. This might also be because ours are sitting on carpet and not a smooth surface. Id absolutely recommend them to a friend and we get lots of compliments. Great value from what Ive seen on other sites, this is the best!
