Perfect blanket for hot weather and for those who don't like heavy covers. Add the satin binding on all sides and this blanket is perfect for South Florida weather all year round - never too warm, keeps the warmth in when you need it, and is incredibly light weight. It washes good, dries quickly, and has held up well through many washings. I'm always skeptical about buying when I haven't actually seen the product but in this case I was pleasantly surprised. I bought one last year and just again for a wedding shower gift. For the price it was perfect for what I was looking for.

I purchased this very comfortable and good-looking down alternative blanket in king size and chose the rich chocolate brown color. It has a silky soft feeling and the hem is banded on all four sides. It looks and feels very luxurious, is very light-weight, so is a perfect blanket for warm summer nights. The down alternative material is held in place in squares stitched on both sides of the blanket. Best of all, it is machine washable and dryable.

This is the perfect blanket for Florida or any other southern state. I love the down alternative because you don't get little picky feathers sticking through as you do with down. This blanket is lightweight yet warm when it needs to be. The covering is so soft and comfortable and the binding is well sewn. I loved this so much I ordered a second one for my guest bedroom and donated my fleece blankets. You will not be disappointed if you buy this blanket.

I bought 4 of these blankets about 1 1/2 years ago. These are the best blankets I have ever owned! They're great in the summer, they're great in the winter. Very soft and comfortable and they wash great (believe me after 1 1/2 years they have seen quite a few washings). They still look like they did when I bought them. If you're thinking about buying them go ahead, you won't regret it. They're fantastic!

We purchased the microfiber down alternative blanket for our daughter to take to UGA for her dorm room. What a delight when the blanket arrived promptly and was a such a beautiful, soft fabric that we could hardly believe the value! It is the perfect weight for our warm southern clilmate and has already proven to be snuggly, soft, and right at home in the dorm.

I ordered the pink king size blanket and was very pleasantly surprised. It is very nice looking and is the perfect weight for the summer months. I can also pull it up and use it to make the bed and it looks great!!! Don't hesitate to buy one.

I purchased this blanket to use under a quilt on our bed. I like to be able to add or subtract blankets as the seasons change. While it was thinner than I thought it would be - both exterior cover and density- It was a good value and has actually worked perfectly in combination with my quilt. If you are looking for a lightweight blanket and like to layer, then this will be perfect.

I love these blankets. I sleep with my husband, my boxer and sometimes two dachshunds in our king size bed. (3 dog night) The blanket is light weight and we are all comfortable with the extra heat from the dogs. The blanket is large enough so when I have to sleep like a barn swallow on the edge of the bed when the dogs take over the bed I still have some blanket to cover me. It does not hold dog hairs as some blankets do.I liked the blanket so much I bought one for all of my family members for Christmas.

the microfiber down alternative blanket is a dream!it washes evenly unlike the down only blanket. it washes right in my small washer and drys so fast. i have 2 cats that lay on the bed and get fur on the blanket. my fiance is allergic so i wash the blanket twice a week. 'it keeps it fluffiness and color beautifly. i would definatly recommend this product in every household. debbie hollywood, california

I would recommend it to my friends as it can be used to fill the inside of a homemade quilt some day (soon) to recycle it. Why? I live in the warm south climate, but decided to add this to our bed for our mild winters and chilly times. We ordered the king size, and found it a bit small for sleeping-- deep sided mattress. Found it to be average quality--expect loose strings, thin and best for summer A/C nights--NOT for cooler temps unless you are warm in nature if it is under 50 degrees.Color and satin binding were good. Washes well, but expect static if you have low humidity.

I feel like goldilocks, this blanket is just right. After reading the reviews from other purchasers in FL, I thought it might be too light, but it's warm without being too heavy. I purchased the blanket in brown and the color is perfect. Thinking of purchasing another one.

This is a very light weight blanket and would be great for summer. Since I already had a similar blanket - also light weight - I was looking for a second one to use with the other to give a little more warmth. Together, they make the perfect weight for cooler nights. I am very pleased with this purchase.
