The comforter is extremely warm. We don't even need a blanket with this on the bed. It is unbelievably soft and puffy. The color is a true, dark burgandy. It's a VERY nice set.
I bought this set last winter and it has not held up at all. The pillows have already lost all of their buttons and needed to be repaired. The king comforter is also small and doesn't reach to the bottom of the mattress. The bedskirt doesn't have slits to allow it to hang properly over the bed frame so I am constantly readjusting it (and even then it doesn't look good) I really like overstock and have bought many items from them, but this has been my worst purchase!
I was very happy with this purchase. I ordered this comforter in burgundy and the color is deep and rich! I would definitely recommend this comforter. Especially since not only is it beautiful, it is washable!
