The good: it's very versatile, the storage is great, and the overall design is excellent. We searched for a looong time to find something that fit our space and storage needs and this was perfect. A rare find in that respect. We were crazy about it when we first got it. It's very, very firm and I have a bad back and it was perfect even for sleeping. But you'd better like firm...Now for the bad: the quality of materials and workmanship is incredibly, incredibly shoddy. After two months, the hinge on the ottoman had completely bent and you couldn't open the top. We took it to a furniture repair expert and he said there was little that could be done because you can't put new screws into what he called "cardboard." He wound up putting along piano hinge on it, but I'm not sure how long this will last. I agree with the poster who said this will look ten years old in a year. Very, very cheap stuff. Not worth the money. Not even close. Keep shopping.

I was real excited to receive this set, however, it wasnt what I expected. The quality is awful to say the least and just not very comfortable. It was meant for my living room but I had to take it to the basement. It looks nice there though, not for living. To top off this purchase, I have recently seen this sectional set online for cheaper! Im not going to mention where, not happy ! ...but I will still shop on Overstock!

If you're looking for quality, close this page. The set looks nice and fits well in a small area, but the coutions are hard, whatever is under them is weak. Mine gets very little use and already feels "broken" when sat on. It'll do with minimal use for a year, maybe. Also, mine has green thread in an area that can be seen. As if they ran out of brown and just picked another color.

I now have two of these and I can't say enough good things about them. There awesome, have space under storage, fold down bed and the looks that are great. A must buy.

Although I love the sofa the quality is not good, the seat is hard, the arm rest fell off during the first week of use. It is the perfect size and it has lots of storage area. But now it looks like a product that's been bought 10 years ago. It looks old and outdated.

This is a really bad product, poorly manufactured. Within a few months, the whole thing is falling apart. I live alone, so there's no extreme wear and tear. Save your money and do not buy this product.

The size and the functionality is exactly what I was looking for, but the quality of the fabric looks a lot cheaper than described. Also it is very hard and not very comfortable to sit or lay on. Not worth the money.

This couch looks very nice but is extremely uncomfortable. It wears very easily too. After a year this couch is going to look like we've had it for ten. We do not have kids or anything either. Just my fiance and I use it and even just by sitting on this couch is has permanent dents and wearing already in it and we have only had it a month. The way it is assembled is very cheap as well.. the arms always come unclipped from the body. The storage is nice underneath but that does not make up for how extremely OVERpriced this item is for its quality. If you are looking for a couch you can lounge, lay, and sit on comfortably this is NOT the one for you.

I don't know about the other reviewers or maybe its just my luck but I had nothing but bad experiences with the sofa. First there was delay in the shipment so I had to wait for another day or two to received for which I took another day off of work for. When I received the boxes, it wasn't securely package. But that was fine with me as long as the item is okay. I was so unhappy and dissatified that the fabric to the sofa is very cheap and rough to the feel. Assembly didn't required much but like the previous reviewers before me, I noticed the stitching came loose within the second day. I am really unhappy...it is going back...!

I received this sofa around one month ago and I have had nothing but bad remarks about it. My first complaint is the fabric of the sofa...It is very rough and dry not soft to the touch as I would have thought. The sofa seems to build on a flipsy wood foundation which I feel very uncomfortable having my kids sit on. The installation took more than 4hourse as the instruction manual was lacking. And to add to all these discomforts, after one week (with minimal use), the stitching of the steam came loose. That was enought for me so I sent it right back. I am just trying to do other customer a favor and advise them on this item so they don't make the same mistake as me. I hope this helps.

Not that great. too low to the ground. storage space not that big. can seat about 2 adults but not all that comfortably. return shipping is expensive and you'll have to pay for it if you dont like the set. i wouldn't recommend this or any other furniture from overstock to a friend. Sorry overstock, you would have had a lifelong loyal customer...

Even though there were some delivery hiccups with this couch, it has worked out nicely! The couch is comfortable and a great size. It fits in nicely my pretty roomy apartment and the color is a perfect chocolate brown. The storage underneath each piece is an added plus.

Ordered the 3-pc chocolate sectional sofa for my granddaughter who just graduated from college and moved into her first apartment. She is partial to contemporary furnishings and was a little skeptical when I ordered it. The furniture has been delivered and she is elated.

i bought this sectional for my newly renovated loft...the color and design as pictured...please measure out your area before buying...it is def a smaller profile sectional which is what i was shopping for...the storage underneath priceless...i gave it 5 stars for the price it def excellent...i esp like sitting and reading on the chaise part of the section..v. comfortable...this is more a casual piece of furniture..the quality of the microfiber is rich and almost suede like...it is med-heavy wt material..def not thin..i think it will wear well...i have 2 small light colored chihuahuas that shed so i will have to vaccum often...def reccomd...the assembly was min..the white glove delivery actually included the set up as in putting the arms on and connecting the pieces together w. clips...so far so good..we are ALL v. happy...chihuahuas too... :)

This couch set is a great bargain. It is the perfect size for my one-bedroom apartment - and the extra storage and bed that it provides are so valuable. The legs are short, making it a little lower to the ground than I had expected, but it is still comfortable and good-looking. I gave it a 4 on workmanship only because the little legs it comes with are made of plastic. The assembly was super easy, and the fabric has proven durable. I am really glad I bought this!

I bought two of these sectional sofas to go downstairs in our game room and living room. I never write reviews but this is a must, these are fantastic sectionals, complete confort and the possibilities that are endless. I will back this product for anyone. Great buy very happy !!!

We bought this sectional with high hopes because of all the great reviews. Now I can understand why this sectional and many multi functional use piece of furniture is a great buy. Not only does the storage add the ultimate in hidding toys, or just storing blankets, ect. But the comfort is a must, it is soft and easy to sleep on. Great buy for anyone looking for a great sectional.
