This pair of pears by Michelle Calkins is really nice in my kitchen. Tihe colors are as shown and the quality of the canvas was good.

The most disappointing thing about this art piece is that the colors are too vivid on the actual canvas. I was looking for the natural/muted look that is pictured in the background (pale blues and soft grays behind the bright yellow and green pears), but instead the pears are surrounded by a loud turquoise and purple background. Based on the detail and texture of the canvas, this item was overpriced.
