A very good quality pan and lid.
Three months since purchase and still satisfied. The interior coating is off white and cleans well. Sometimes a nylon pad is needed for assistace in cleaning overcooked material when washing. The enamel coating is good but has lost a little of its nonstick as it wears and after multiple cleanings (no more than normal wear). Even heat as you would expect with cast iron.
- How did the color on site compare with the actual product? The photo is accurate. Red with off white interior.
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. The overall quality is very good. Not at all disappointed.
- How accurate was the on site description of the product? There is no silicone (as indicated in the online description) on either the pan's handle or the lid's handle so oven use is certainly possible.
