we bought these a year ago. they were great while they lasted. one just broke - my husband weighs 250lbs, which may be why. the look is great, but the quality is questionable.

The stools have a faulty raising/lowering mechanism of the seat. The seats get stuck in the lower position and they cannot be fixed. Worst yet, the stools cannot be disassembled after the seats get stuck. Therefore, I was stuck with two nonoperational stools as I could not repack them to return them. I would NOT recommend these stools to anyone.

These are super easy to put together and have endured lots of use by a house full of school aged boys! They clean easy, do not chip and adjust height easily. Very cool design too.

not as stable as they look. easy to assemble, but designed down to a price so 1 of the 3 we bought did not assemble correctly. have now moved to a lesser used room and bought 3 others for our main room

I purchase these for our downstairs bar that is regularly used by our teens. They look great and have held up well. I have had several guests ask me where I bought them.

These barstools are very contemporary. They swivel and raise and lower. Easy assembling. Only downfall is the kids will not get off them as they lo play on them so if you persnickety, maybe these aren't for you. They look great and are pretty comfortable considering a hard plastic with a mini back!

They look nicer than they are. they wash nicely and seem to hold up well

The only reason this didn't get 5 stars is because I bought it to "match" a more expensive one I had bought elsewhere 5 years ago. The old one is a little heavier with a smooth as a mirror finish, & this new one isn't quite as nice or the same color. Otherwise this was a fantastic price-half the price as the original one I had. I wouldn't hesitate to buy more.

I love these stools, we have them set up for our kitchen island. Very easy to put together. I had trouble with the seat going up and down after i put them together. Believe it or not my 11 year old figured out the hydraulics. It takes a few times before it starts to work, i thought it was broken but once it catches, it goes up and down every time you push the lever. I get a lot of compliments on them!

It was exactly what i was looking for and came in perfect condition and in 5 days after i placed the order.

I bought 2 silver bar stools to use as seating for photo subjects because I am a professional photographer. However right after getting them, our kids came for a visit and the 2 year old wanted to sit in one, and the rest of the week he ate all his meals at the bar sitting on the bar stool. They raise up so nice and high for little kids and eliminate the need for a high chair. They were a snap to assemble, look classy, easy to wipe clean, and I just love them. Thank you Overstock for a wonderful product and such great service!

I can't speak as to how they will hold up, but the stools were very easy to assemble and look great in our kitchen. We love the modern style and the price was not able to be beat anywhere, trust me we looked.....

The barstools are relatively inexpensive and have a cool modern look. I was surprised by their low weight and assumed they'd not be solid enough but they seem to be fine. They are very easy to assemble -- less than 5 minutes. The height adjustment works fine so far.

I've had this barstool (6 of them) for about 2 years now, and they were great for about a year; unfortunately, after about a year the black rubber at the bottom started to come apart and now all 6 are in very bad shape...They used to look great, now they look cheap!

This stool took two minutes to assemble and looks terrific. I haven't had it more than a week, so I don't know what the future may hold, but for now it looks great and seems like a quality piece.

I was very impressed with the shipment and quality of the product. The stool was very nice and easy to installed. I put it togethere in less than 5 five minutes. Love it and more likely will order more.

This is a great buy, assembled easy. Beat the prices of competitors in stores and my kid loves it. We use it for her computer desk and it brings a modern look to her room.
