Ordered this and was satisfied on the price, the water pressure, the appearance, etc. but it worked great for about 2 months and then water slowly began spraying out eh rectangular sides!! Over the 3rd month it got worse and worse and now its completely unusable. Not sure if they are all like that (in which case its a total sham) or I just got one with a bad seal:(

After having this shower head install ed for a few months it started leaking at the seams. It says it has a warranty but not sure how to go about returning it after 6months.

The shower head works well and looks great. It seems to be a great buy. Good quality at a reasonable price.

Well, I had hoped the range of this shower-head would be larger then your average...and it was not. I had a round rain-shower-head and it spread out much more then this one. This also needs to have a arm extension to use, and you must have a strong water stream. Or else I really can't say this impressed me, and still think I will just use my old Rain shower Head, It looks pretty, but who looks at a persons shower head? Don't spend the money, only if looks apply to you...it did nothing for me.

There is not a pipe to the wall included. There is not a water adjustor valve included. I have been trying to find one on the Metropolitan Brass site. Otherwise, it is heavy and beautifully made.

I am trying to get the Tuscan look throughout my house and putting this shower head in my full bath was a great idea. Looks elegant and fits in with my color scheme. Water flows nicely out of it, like a soft rain shower.

This is the best showerhead. We had originally purchased a showerhead that cost $400. from a plumbing supply house for a new remodel. After receiving the Metropolitan Oil Rubbed Bronze Showerhead we took the first one back. It looks very sophisticated.
