I purchased this tub filler for a new bathroom we were adding to our home. It is a truly beautiful filler, and I loved the porcelain Hot and Cold insets. However, after installation it was discovered that we had not one but TWO faulty cartridges. I contacted Overstock and was told that the faucet was not under warranty but I could return it, and they would estimate the refund amount once they received the faucet. Instead I ordered two new cartridges directly from Kingston Brass, the faucet's manufacturer. This was at a cost to me of $48. Needless to say I am not satisfied. I don't recommend this filler.
