These barstools are both beautiful and entertaining. My grown boys use them like a toys, riding them up and down and swivelling around every chance they get, yet the stools continue to work dutifully --and these boys aren't lightweights. I purchased 5 last year in each brillant color and am back for more for my basement. A great buy, beautiful decor, and cheap entertainment for teens, twenties and mid-life crisis people.

I purchase two of these Barstools and liked them so much i purchased another two. The price is excellent and the Quality is even better. Everyone that comes to visit sits in them and tells me how great there are. Assembly is a piece of cake and takes these then 5 minutes to put togehter in fact it takes longer to unwrap then it does assembling they. Great buy and excellent quality for the money.

I have 8 of them. Everyone likes the appearance and quality of them. Perfect for kids and adults. I put one together is in 5 minutes. You will not find one better looking or cheaper anywhere. Customer service is excellent and fast. I strongly suggest you buy them before I buy 8 more. You will be very happy you bought them. Good luck

My 20 year old son is moving into his own place. I bought these for him and he loved them. They are so modern looking, you can adjust the height and they go perfectly with his counter tops. I am smiling because each stool took about 5 minutes to put together. Thankyou Overstock!

These bar stools are very easy to assemble and look great in our new home. Our only complaint is that they settle a couple of inches when you sit on them and our counter is very high. They would be perfect for a lower counter and everyone loves them.

These stools took me about 5 minutes total to put together 2 of them....just wipe off w/windex when smudgy....great for kids or adult cosmopolitan....

The chairs are very nice for my application (modern art). The bases are a bit light. Also, immediately after ordering them, I found them at a local retailer for less.

Looks cool in the catalogue, but unless you have glitzy chrome and glass decor, these stools will not fit in IMO. After a while this seat would probably feel uncomfortable and wobbly. Don't get it unless you just dig the way it looks

This is my new guitar playing stool, works great as it is adjustable and pivots as well..nice and comfortable. Assembly took 2 minutes

It is almost impossible to believe that you can buy a stool of this quality for the price. I bought them for staging our house and got many compliments. So when my son needed stools for his house I purchased two of these stools, and received them within a week. Assembly was quick and easy just five minutes or so and they even include a screwdriver. Very highly recommended.

I was not looking for barstools when I logged on to Overstock.com but spotted them immediately and knew they would be perfect for our home. I have a curved island counter and I wanted only a more contemporary look there. I love these bar stools! They are gas powered and can adjust easily from a low chair height to a full 30" height. They are easy to clean using only glass cleaner or a mild dish detergent. They swivel and this way you can get on and off easily. I would highly reccommend them to anyone.

I bought 4 of these for our four boys in hopes of them having some support for their backs. I'm glad I did. One did crack when it fell over, but we taped the piece back on. The bottoms need to be cleaned often to keep that shiny look. They have been used for over a year, and I'm still very pleased with them.

Better than what I expected... for the price. Strudy barstools, the kids haven't knocked them over as of yet.

Look great but are bulky and uncomfortable and do not move easily not a good idea for anything more than open spaces

looks cheap. Restaurant or Salon Style. I would not recommend it for home

I bought 4 of these barstools and for the price they look great and are sturdy. They are a little uncomfortable if you have long legs due to the foot rest being a little small. But overall i am pleased and have had alot of compliments on the way they look

I bought two of these 2 years ago, good rugged use of the bar stool. Paint on the top has chipped out little bit (our fault though!), otherwise it looks great, with a little maintanence of cleaning once a while it looks good. Going for another one now (price has increased little bit now though!) Good buy, would recommend.

The barstools were very easy to assemble and were exactly what we ordered

Brought 3 stools and my son put them together. Said it was a little difficult but once you get one down the other two went alot easier. They look really sharp under the breaksfast / bar counter. One of them has a black paint drop on the upper part of the back that was not smoothed out and dried with a little bump. I decided not to return it. Only noticeable if your up close and starring at it. I am very pleased with how nice it makes that area in my house look. Very up to date!!

Came quickly, packaged well. In 3 easy steps it is put together and ready to use.You will see a similar item available at one of the superstores, but my friends purchased those and had to return them because they didn't hold up after a week of use with family over. These have a nice rubber ring around the base to protect your floor and not slide around, and children and adults alike can enjoy them because the height adjusts to a wide range (15 " or so). If you put yours together and the height is having a problem working, just get someone heavier to sit on it firmly to activate the pneumatic section and it will work ( I needed to do this). I have 2 at my breakfast island and they look awesome :)
