I bought this table after reading all of the reviews online. I received it very quickly in the mail, and we assembled it easily. From the reviews, I was expecting the metalwork to be heavier-duty. It is a brushed hollowcore metal finished in a matte finish with some distressing. It looks nice, and since we were putting it behind the couch, we kept it. I would probably not have kept it if it were going to be standing alone in the room.

This is a great, high-quality table, especially for the price. I saw similar-looking tables by other retailers selling for up to $300 more! It arrived very quickly (within 4 days) and was well-packaged and secure. Easy assembly; no more than 30 minutes for one person. But I was surprised that the metal had a worn/distressed look to it, as that was not included in the product description or photo. I was still very pleased with it overall, but thought that that detail should have been disclosed.

I had been eyeing an almost identical table in a high end catalog for over a year but wasn't willing to pay the price and shipping. To my excitement I found this one and it looks perfect! I needed a small foyer table and this fits and looks great! I was worried about buying something glass online, but the glass and parts came well packaged and nothing was damaged. Prompt delivery and easy to assemble.

I took a chance that the previous reviews were accurate - and they were. This is a quality table for the money. I am actually using it as a "credenza" of sorts in a small home office. I didn't have much depth room and this works perfectly. It has a heavier/more durable quality to it than I expected at this price point.

This table is simple yet modern and would go with any decor. It's not bulky at all and it's excellant for displaying pictures or placing a lamp. You can spray paint it to a color of your liking, not just black! I didn't feel it was neccessary to change a thing. For the price, you can't go wrong.

Found the same piece elsewhere for much more money. It fit perfectly in the our small hallway and added a nice contemporary feel. Finish is black, but rubbed to look worn down. I put it together myself, but much easier to put together if you have an extra pair of hands.

This table is exactly what we wanted -- an inexpensive and attractive solution to our need for an entry hall table. I've placed a mirror on the wall behind it and a simple vertical flower arrangement and decorative box on top and presto -- a very attractive hallway! The only problem I had was that one of the holes was drilled in the metal incorrectly and I couldn't secure one corner with the double screws. One screw seems to be sufficient and it looks great.

I paired this table with a very expensive leaded glass coffee table which looks very similar, and it looks great. I got a $20 off on-line coupon at the time of purchase so it turned out to be a great buy! I am extremely pleased with the sofa table as well as all of my other purchases from overstock.com.
