The white is more of a white with a light blue base. Assembly presented a few challenges. The people at the toll free number for the manufacturer were VERY helpful in completion of assembly. I carefully measured the place where I would place this bakers rack. Actual rack not as wide as discribed. Nice quality for a mail order baker's rack.
I bought this. it took over 2 hours to put it together. i couldn't make heads or tails out of the instructions. I still have one screw that won't go in no matter what i do. Mine also arrived with a nice dent in it. lucky for me it's on the back side.
I purchased this rack for my kitchen as a space saver and was EXTREMELY disappointed. First, It was very difficult to put together - the directions were a copy and very difficult to read and none of the holes lined up. Second, it was very flimsy and cheap looking. It was wobbly, the large shelf was chipped and none of the pieces lined up properly so there were gaps. I would not recommend this to anyone, I expected a much better piece for the price.
