The couch looked good-on paper-and seemed to be fairly decent when 1st assembled. However, the leather cover began cracking and tearing within the 1st few weeks of limited use (and never at that point as a bed yet). The cracking was handlable, but then the leather at the seams started tearing and fraying. The last straw was after about a year and a half the springs just busted through the bottom!! There are no children bouncing on the thing, the bed option was used minimally (to not so comfortable reviews and some outright complaints) Overall it was great for a few weeks but once it started breaking down it was all downhill. I will be contacting the manufacturer to complain and hope to achieve something with them

I've just received the set and i love it.. the design is so sleek and super awesome. delivery was quick and installation was easy. Now I can have my party!!!! Yay! Thx Overstock!

So I just received my awaited futon and was happy with the look and finish. Im 6'3 and the futon fits me fairly comfortably w/o too much of my feet hanging off Appears to be easy to clean. Only pet peeves I have are two:1- the assembly instructions are a lil bare. I guess the Co. figured a chimp can assemble this thing so no written instructions needed. I agree...sort of . You only have to put the feet on the futon which would have been 10 minutes instead of 20-30 minutes had the screw holes been pre-drilled and the faint chalk outline where the feet are supposed to line up against been more pronounced. Still I was able to asemble by myself w/ some sweat equity (a 2nd person would have been nice tho to help) 2-the armrest pillows dont attach- would've been nice if you had the opt to velcro or zip them on the futon.If first impressions hold this will be a great buy!

This was my first time buying furniture site unseen so I was a little apprehensive. But the quality and look on this sofabed or futon was surprising in a good way. It is a very attractive piece for the money. It is a little hard, but the high back provides good seating support. I think it will need some type of foam or featherbed mattress topper for it to have a shot at being comfortable to sleep. Delivery was fast and carrier was excellent.

This is attractive and sleek, decent quality for sure. I got it for my son to sleep on when he's home visiting, but the first time he tried, he ended up sleeping on the floor, which was softer and more comfortable, and he doesn't mind a firm bed. I tried it myself one night and agreed. I have purchased a thick foam cover to help. It's not a bad purchase (hence the 4 star rating) but beware, it needs a bit of softening up unless you really like the camping feel to your sleep.

I received this petty quickly which was execellent. Installing the legs was not too bad and didn't take too long to complete. The only problem I had is with the comfort. The seat does not have too much cushin and you feel the frame when you sit. It's not a couch that you can't wait to sit on after a long day. You will feel like you are getting tired from just sitting on it. When it is opened there is a spine in the middle will keep you for laying across, so you are forced to sleep on either side.I was let down by this couch as it appeared to be a nice modern looking couch that looks comfortable, unfortunatley looks are deceiving. I wish this was not the case and I could say nothing but good things. If you are looking for comfort keep looking, this is not the answer.

I wanted something to put in my living room that wasn't too overpowering. I wanted contemporary styles without all the glamour and this sofa was perfect. I had just enough styles. The leggings were speak a bold statement and adds a lot of attitude to the whole sofa. Great detailing of the leatherette.

I have had this couch for under 2 years and im in the process of dismantling it and throwing it away....Waste of $xxx dollars.....Cheap, fake leather that will tear, poor construction, and uncomfortable (I only way 160 pounds) Dont even bother with this purchase

Comfortable and affordable is what the sofabed provides for me. So nice to sleep on, comfortable and easy to transform from sofa to bed. The leather quality is great, easy to assemble (just legs), and the price is great!!! I'm enjoying my sofabed a lot, to top it all the shipping was practically free and fast!

I'm glad I got this one, the price of the sofabed was incredibly cheap, BUT the quality is amazing. Real leather, space saver, and easy to use as a sofa and then into a bed. It never gives me any problems and it's very comfortable to sleep on. I'm a happy camper with my sofabed.

I love my leather sofabed, so comfy and the the quality is great. I also love the price, my gosh so cheap! for a real leather?! so great! And the delivery was early and they help set up the sofabed where I wanted to place it. Great service for such a great sofabed. I highly recommend it.

This sofa is very low quality, look like plastic. The pillows on the side just sit on top of the sofa, so they just slip off. While sitting up, it is quite comfortable. For the price I think it should be much better quality. Once you open the package, you get charged shipping and other fees, not worth the chance

The sofabed arrived before my guest came over and spend a night so I was very glad. easy leg assembly only and the sofabed is comfortable and my guest loved it.

I wanted to write a follow-up review about this futon. I originally posted a review in April 2010, and while I do like the look and function of this futon a lot, I'm disappointed that the leather has really started to crack, especially where you sit. I have about 5 cracks, all within about one inch from one another. One of the cracks is so bad that I can see the white fabric underneath. I am the only person that sits on the futon, and I only weigh about a 100 pounds. I've only had the futon for about 10 months or so. At any rate, I'm just disappointed, and am already contemplating looking for another futon.

I really love this futon. It's comfortable, affordable, and looks great! I was worried while reading other reviews b/c they said it wasn't sturdy, but they were wrong! very sturdy and the leather material is good quality and comfortable to sleep on.

I needed something quick to have at the college and this was perfect! I've had it for months now since school started and it's very comfortable and easy to fuction from sofa to bed so perfect for me especially wtih my hectic schedule at work. Not much setting up to do just the legs and the leather is great quality,no rip anywhere and arrived in perfect condition. I say no rip because is good leather.

I'm really enjoying my sofabed, it has been really helpul especially with the holidays. realtives stayed over and crashed on my sofabed and I've asked and they said they had a nice sleep. so I know I did good when buying this sofabed.

To me confortable comes good quality material and very well made items. I know for sure this is one of them, so I know I have a great sofabed.
