Fun to Use!
I bought this knife because we did not have a boning knife. I first used it to debone a turkey and the balance ant blade strength made what we expected to be a hard task instead a “Walk in the park.”. I have never used a finer kitchen knife. I intend to add more Messermeister knives to my knife collection anytime I can justify or even rationalize it. Given the obvious quality they are a bargain. We expect it to last forever.
