I bought this originally as a media stand for my TV and Satellite/TiVo boxes, but it was much taller/larger than I expected. I ended up using it in the kitchen to hold cookbooks, wine glasses, and my small wine fridge. It looks lovely; the color is very rich and it is a substantial piece of furniture--especially for the price. I am impressed by the quality.
