We received this in a timely manner, in good shape and really like it. It's comfortable and lives up to the statement that it doesn't create hot spots when you sleep on it. Our old one did. We highly recommend this one.

This is a great product. You don't have to wait the 24 hours for this topper to gets its shape back from the shipping package. You can put it on your bed and get ready for a great night of sleep. I have bought a couple of them to give as gifts.............the recipients have thanked me over and over for improving their sleep. Overstock has been great to deal with on these items as well. The shipping charges are a great selling point for their merchandise. It makes me a very satisfied customer.
