14-inch Pillow Top Cal. King Memory Foam Mattress

My fiance and I were a bit skeptical about the purchase of this mattress, due to the fact of how cheap it was! We took the chance and went ahead with the purchase and we couldn't be more surprised at how well we are sleeping! No aches/ tension in muscles when we wake and we sleep through the night! I loooove this mattress and he does as well! Its just an overall win, win! If you value your sleep and don't want aches and pains in the morning this mattress will surprise you. Overstock did a wonderful job at getting it to us quickly. About the person saying sheets don't fit, my advice is to get them a little deeper than the average cal king sheets, ours fit fine;)

The quality of the material is excellent with a tan microfiber cover on the mattress. Very comfortable. well worth the money!

Pros: no more backaches, no more tossing and turning, much less spousal snoring and much more room than our previous queen size Cons: the mattress is bigger than a standard Calif. King, which means it hangs over the standard Calf. King box spring about 2 inches all the way around, plus the sheets don't fit well. I suppose knit sheets would work. The large pockets fit fine, but the length and width are too short for the oversized mattress. It just barely fits and seems like the seams will split at any second. It's much firmer than we expected, but we got used to that after about a week. The only thing is, since we are not tossing and turning all night, the parts of our body that remain in the same spot all night are a little sore when we wake up. I think we'll get used to that too though - I hope.

We debated long and hard about a replacement for our old mattress, iuncluding the memory foam types. From all of the information we could gather, they were not the type of mattress where lying on them or even finding a hotel that had them and staying a night or two could garner an informed decision. In the end we decided that we would buy this mattress based on the 30 day buy back deal. Well, we were completely and utterly amazed that it took us no time to acclimate to the new feel of this mattress. It is by far the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. It is different and responds to movement quite differently than an innerspring mattress does because it does not store and release energy that would normally be concentrated in the spring compression. Our sleep is improved and our joints feel better.
