This product is not Latex as it states in the description, do not buy this topper if you want Latex ,it is memory foam and will waste your time doing so.

I bought this item along with the Down alternative cover for memory foam topper and are happy with my purchase. I used deep sheets to keep the topper in place and it does. It is cool and has made a positive difference in our bed.
The polyuerthane base actually makes the topper about 2 inches wide.

While material description for this product indicates "latex", it is in fact "POLYURETHANE". Anyone looking for the quality of LATEX should skip this product. Totally UNSATISFACTORY and VERY disappointing.
