I am still getting used to this pillow since I previously used normal, non-memory foam pillows. But so far, it is pretty comfortable. The fabric is good quality and I have no trouble sleeping on it. It seems to be of great quality overall.
I have one of these and ordered some for my mother, who has osteoarthritis in her neck and shoulders. As I benefit from the pillow, I thought she might, also. The pillow is both durable and comfortable. So far, she seems to be happy with hers. This is not something she would have thought to purchase for herself.
Too soft. I bought this for neck support. It is too soft. I bought it as an extra pillow. I already have the Serta countour pillow and love it. Buy the Serta if you want more support. The price is good but the quality is just not there.
