The memory foam portion of the pad is nice and fits my mattress well. However, the down top never fluffed up and is very flat. This is the part that was very disappointing. This item certainly does not appear as pictured.
The mattress pads were true to their description. My family and I absolutely love them. ;-)

This mattress topper feels wonderful. It has really helped me adjust to my new mattress alot better. It did not have much of the foam smell some toppers do. We put it on the bed, and let it air out for only a few hours and we did not notice any smell at all. The only thing we do notice about the topper is that it does move around a bit, but a little adjusting every couple of weeks and its no big deal. I definately would recommend this to anyone who has a new mattress that is a bit firm, or has an older mattress that needs a little refreshing of comfort. Its worth paying the price to me.
