    We are well pleased with our chairs, we bought 2. One assembled easily, the other the holes did not line up. "O" immediately issued a pick up and replacement which arrived within a week. Great job, no hassle. These chairs are well padded. The only negative we had is we wish they would recline to a deeper level.

  • How far back does this recline approximately? Is it easy to get in the reclining position? Also, is the ottoman's height adjustable? How much assembly is required?

    • Hello sg1okiefan, the seat reclines approximately 12.5 inches. It is typically easy to unseat yourself from this recliner however the seat height cannot be adjusted. This requires some assembly. You will need to attach the back seat cushion to the chair frame, bolt in the arms then place the legs. I hope this info helps! Thanks for shopping with us.
