To maximize memory foam expansion, remove from packaging within 72 hours of receipt.
This product arrives very tightly packed. Please unwrap and allow 48 hours for this product to return to its original shape.
Being sealed in plastic packaging sometimes traps odors. A few hours of airing usually removes the odor.

hard and flat

Got this SUPER fast on Oct 9th. The mattress is still stiff as a board on the 12th. The 3" soft memory foam topper is a thin as a potato chip and has not regained any of its fullness. The bottom part of the mattress's ends are still curled up on both sides. It says it will regain its shape within 48 hours, it has been over 4 days and still hard and flat.

LOVE THIS!

I bought this and it exceeded my expectations. It came delivered to my door very quick and it looked like a punching bag. I unrolled and it let it puff up and it got to its size in a couple hours! It's very comfortable and also soft without being to mushy. Great night's sleep!
