This product arrives very tightly packed. Please unwrap and allow 48 hours for this product to return to its original shape.
Being sealed in plastic packaging sometimes traps odors. A few hours of airing usually removes the odor.
Due to the nature of Memory Foam the firmness level of every item is unique. Please be advised that even similar products may produce different firmness results

This mattress was an awesome purchase! I love a firm bed....and this one is great. I actually used a mattress topper for the first 6 months! More than a year later and it is still as comfy as night one!! Highly recommeded!

I ordered this mattress for the guest bed, but now my son is using it and everyone says it is the most comfortable in the house. We had fun opening the package and watching the mattress grow as it filled with air. My husband and I like the low-rise, contour pillows that came with the mattress. They never made it to the "guest" bed. We have already recommended the mattress to our neighbor across the street. She tried ours and ordered one for her daughter. Good deal!

I bought this matress since Jan2009. Its starting to dip in the middle, I weight only 100lbs. SoOO disappointed! Hope vour company can give me a idea how to fix this . I tried to turn the matress but it didn't help, please advise.

Years ago, I had purchased a much more expensive product and was quite happy with my purchase. This mattress is of superior quality, much cheaper, and just as comfortable. If you suffer from chronic back problems, restless leg syndrome, or inability to sleep, look no further. Have you been finding yourself reading all night long hoping to fall asleep-trust me, you will be asleep within minutes and fully rested in the morning. I would suggest purchasing the 2" cool topper; it provides extra cushioning but foremost, keeps you cool in the Summer. I have advised friends about this product and they are thrilled with the mattress and topper.
