This product arrives very tightly packed. Please unwrap and allow 48 hours for this product to return to its original shape.
Being sealed in plastic packaging sometimes traps odors. A few hours of airing usually removes the odor.
Due to the nature of Memory Foam the firmness level of every item is unique. Please be advised that even similar products may produce different firmness results

I bought this mattress for my son. He LOVES it!!!!!!! He said it arrived very soon after I had ordered it and after he unwrapped it, it took no time at all for it to "open" up and air out. After the first night of sleeping on it, he called to tell me it was awesome and that he hadn't awakened even once for the first time ever. This was another wonderful purchase from Overstock. I have never been disappointed in anything I have purchased from them. This mattress was a great purchase for the value. It was pretty stiff/hard for about the first week (which we didn't mind so much since our last mattress was almost shaped like a U), but then it seemed to get even more comfortable. The pillows however were very tiny...
I love the bed. Tried out matresses that cost 4x more and this one was just as comfy at a quarter the cost the chemical smell was present for a week or so but not bad. Highly reccomend
