Great faucet with a persistent minor flaw.
This is a great faucet. The operation is smooth, the quality appears to be topnotch, and it looks very good when installed. No complaints except the QC issue describe in the Quality description above.
- How did the color on site compare with the actual product? Same.
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. Generally very high. However, the cold water connection hose was defective, and out of the four replacement hoses sent only one was good. Not a great Quality Control rate.
- How accurate was the on site description of the product? Very accurate.
