We purchased this end table a few weeks ago, and when we first received it, we had the legs, the shelf, and the glass top, but no hardware or instructions. Once we finally received the "hardware", which consisted of 4 wood screws (and of course no instructions), we realized there was no way to assemble the item, at least if you ever wanted to place anything on the end table. If you were to attach the shelf with the 4 wood screws, it might stand for a little while, but it would be really flimsy. Plus, there is absolutely no physical way to attach the glass to the legs (those little silver posts in the picture do not exist!), so be sure not to touch the table, for fear that the glass will topple off and break into a million pieces. Save yourself the hassle (ours is headed back to Overstock), and don't order this table!
