  I needed a solution to all of my family photos being on buffet(can't use buffet). I had been looking at this shelf for long time, wondering how I would get it put together. One day, during a free furniture shipping offer, I pounced! You can't beat the price. It was the only solution for the tight space in my apartment. My building "Supe.r" saw the freight delivery and asked how I was going to put it together. He knew someone who does odd jobs in the building. I paid $25. There were no problems in assembly.... it looks great! Now, I can use my buffet for it's intended purpose....To feed people!

  Aesthetically this bookshelf is excellent. The natural stain on the wood is pleasing and the metal frame is sturdy. It looks and feels like a quality piece of furniture. The only issue came with the cross-support bars for the bottom of the unit. The measurements are off and we are unable to screw in one of the sides. It isn't really visible and we don't have anything very heavy we plan on putting on the bookshelf so we've decided to keep it despite this flaw.

  • Please tell us about the quality of the product. Great quality wood and metal frame. There are measurement issues related to the support bars on the bottom (the X).

  We bought this as file cabinet for our office but it is so elegant we ended up using in our bedroom. It is really elegant and does not take up to much room. we love it, and the price like always overstooooock rules... :)

  We love this shelf and get so many complements on it, it's in our son's playroom and is perfect for lego's and any other collection he has. It is very large, make sure you put it up with studs and or sinker's, I put it up by my self and it would have been much easier with someone else to help. It's two parts which is great in case you want to hang them side by side, there are endless possibility's!
