The plastic case was not what I expected based on the pics seen during the order. The assembly is cheaply made plastic, and I am concerned that it may not give much length of service. Attachment is super easy, and it has worked fine twice for me since purchase. I have "already" recommended it to a friend with the warning that it is less than one expect base on pictures which seem to present it as being in a metal case. For the price, I would have been much happier were it better made, but it sure beats the heck out of turning the handle by hand!

I love this thing...it makes Venison fork tender. It did not come with the motor as I thought from the picture, but it works so easy I dont think I need one. Its a little awkward to use at first ,,,,assembly is a bit confusing. But I am glad I bought it.

The meat tenderizer motor works well. Time will tell if it is durable. I did run some deer meat through it and it performed similar to a commercial model that I have used. Again I hope it is durable. I did have one problem. The first delivery of the motor arrived with the motor completely detached fom the mount. Does not look like it came loose during shipping. It looks like it was shipped that way. It was not in an original box. Very disappointing. However, when I called the service number listed with the shippment the problem was taken care of immediately. I received a replacement motor within 3 days. There seems to be a lack of quality control in the shipping process.
