Relatively easy to install. VERY QUIET compared to other units with the same amount of BTUs.
This is a great machine! Its the quietest A/C unit I've ever had. Much quieter than even the smaller unit I recently purchased for a different space. Cools down the 3rd floor of a barely insulated 100 year old house in no time. Only trouble is that its incredibly heavy, be sure to use 2 people or a pro for the install. Other than that, great purchase!
very easy to install, works great, a little noisy, it rattles a bit.
