The air conditioner came in great shape, was easy to install and works great. Definately recommend!

I BOUGHT TWO OF THE 10,000 BTU MAYTAG UNITS TO REPLACT TWO ALREADY WORKING UNITS OF ANOTHER BRAND THAT WERE VERY LOUD - THE MAYTAG UNITS WERE EASY TO INSTALL, AND THEY ARE VERY QUIET, THEY COOL OUR TWO LARGE BECROOMS EXCELLENTLY - WE ARE VERY PLEASED - I CAN SLEEP EASILY WHEN THE UNIT IS ON - I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE FROM OVERSTOCK AND ESPECIALLY THE GREAT LOW SHIPPING PRICE

I wish i had this one last year it is the best. we like allthe features espspecialy the remote for i am in a wheelchair. my wife is disabled to. we like the auto feature becase on hot days when we go out we use it to ptotece our 5 birds andour dog. the price was right to.

ENERGY SAVING FEATURE HAS WORKED WONDERFULLY IN KEEPING THE HOUSE COMFORTABLE IN SWELTERING HEAT THIS SUMMER. NOISE LEVEL IS LOW COMPARED TO OTHER UNITS WE HAVE HAD. WOULD DEFINITELY BUY AGAIN.

I ordered this ac unit to replace the existing failed fedders ac unit in a 2001 Roadtrek 200. It was a perfect replacement at an excellent price. I can't understand how you shipped it at such a low cost . Thanks

bought it for a double garage and works fantastic - quiet and cools perfectly - keeps the room comfortable. Would work great in a large room, attic, etc.

I purchased the air conditioner as a backup replacement for an, as yet, working air conditioner in a small older motor home (2001 Roadtrek). Therefore, I'm not yet aware of its operation (and really hope not to find out). The model of unit made by the original manufacturer (Fedders) are not being made any longer and the Maytag is exactly like the original. The critical issues are size (must be 12 1/2" high) and BTU rating (10,000). The units sometimes do not last long in operation in the van style motor homes. Overstock had the difficult to locate brand and model at a very good price (both for the unit and shipping) and the transaction was very prompt with the unit appearing in excellent and new condition.

Plugged in and works as advertised. Easy operation and the performance was imiadiatly noticed in the Den (Garage). Would recomend this product. This unit is designed for window installation, but I installed in the wall. No problem mon.

Apparently the air conditioner was hit really hard on the right side. That part of the air conditioner wasn't flat. Nobody told me the a/c would be in that condition. I hope it won't affect the a/c internally.

MY AC WORKED VERY WELL UPON INSTALLATION BUT FOR THE PAST FEW DAYS I HAVE ONLY BEEN RECEIVING HOT BREEZE WHEN A/C IS TURNED ON. I AM GETTING A REPLACEMENT BUT IS AFRAID THE SAME THING MEY HAPPENED. THE A/C IS REPLACED WAS WORKING FOR APPROXIMATELY 14 YEARS WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM. THIS ONE ONLY LASTED ONE MONTH. HOPEFULLY THE REPLACEMENT WILL WORK OUT FINE.

Hi, unfortunately teh AC started making a loud rattling noise soon after installation and now it does not work at all. What more can I say. I want my money back please.

I absolutely "love" my airconditioner. It was an absolutely wonderful purchase. The quality of the equipment is fantastic! My delivery was prompt and it was easy to install. The unit does a very effective job in cooling my home.

This is a great AC. I like its compact, nice form. It is reasonably quiet. Here in AZ, I use a swamp cooler for the whole house, but during monsoon season the bedroom needs an AC and this unit really does the job. It was easy to install, but does need 2 people to do it. I would buy it again. Another suggestion: My 10 year old AC stopped working so I ordered this unit. During the time of ordering and delivery, I used a smaller unit I had in storage. Do yourself a favor, measure your space and do not buy too small. One BTU size up is better than one lower.

unit cools well and has had no issues so far ( had it about 2 months) i got it for the good price, no tax on overstock and the (almost) free shipping

So far this product is performing as expected. It cools the area well in a short time. I have only had this A/C for a month, and not used it a lot, but I am satisfied with it.
