I have waited years (about 25) to order new dishes and am so please with these. Simple, yet can be dressed up for an occasion. So far durable and I have three sons, so that is saying something. A good choice.

I am very happy with these dishes. I love how big and deep the bowls and cups are. They are very useable. They also look great too!

Absolutely awesome dishes. This is the fifth set of dishes I have owned in 32 years and I wished they would have been my first. I would have saved alot of money. One of the best buys I have made on Overstock.com.

And I do mean huge. The mugs hold over 16 ounces, or almost 3 normal coffee cups. Their flared design chills coffee instantly, so it's a good thing they go in the microwave. The cavernous bowls hold over 24 ounces, 1 1/2 cans of soup or 1/4 box of cereal. The plates are essentially concave because of the 1 1/2 inch raised rim, which causes your knife and fork to fall into your food when you try to set them on the edge. This is the most unworkable dinnerware I have ever experienced. Despite its extreme weight, it is not oven-safe. Because I purchased two sets, I will need help muscling it to the carrier for return.

We ordered two sets for eight total place settings. Looks great, well-sized plates, cups and bowls. You cannot go wrong with this terrific dinnerware!

I received this set and even though it is a nice heavy ceramic, the dishes are strangely fragile - they grate against other dishes and I have to be very careful handling them. Overall, this is a nice set with great, deep bowls and a clean look.

These are beautiful dishes. I love the deep "cereal" bowls and oversized mugs. I recommend these dishes.

I was looking for a set of stylish but durable every day dishes. Love this set! Oversized plates, bowls, and mugs look terrific (they remind me of dishes I have seen in restaurants in France) and can withstand less-than-gentle handling as well as trips to the microwave and dishwasher. Highly recommended!
