I was hesitant at first, since I wasn't sure about the bold pattern which is bold on the paisley side. The minimal stripes on the reverse is just fine, except that the paisley side is larger than the stripe side, so on our new down comforter, the paisley edges show a little. The material is great and soft. I wanted another color, but the king size was only available in black. You couldn't pass up the price, so I ordered it!
I read some of the reviews when I was thinking about buying it, but I guess that I totally missed all the ones that said the bedding was black and cream not black and white. The fabric wrinkles easily, but is really nice, and beautiful. Well worth the price. I gave it a lower score on appearance because of the color confusion.
