    Our came defective...metal missing on one tree where you hang crystals. They replaced it free..didn't have to return old one. Great customer service

  • Beautiful light; hard to put together

    The light fixture is beautiful. Diagrams were hard to see just where all the items were to be. I ended up being short 3 of the hanging drops and am trying to figure out how to get them.

  • Good for the price

    I wanted a spruce up my bathroom with a chandelier above the soaking tub and I didn't want to spend a lot. This light is almost perfect. My only complaints are that it was tediious, time consuming and somewhat painful on the hands to assemble and the directions were TERRIBLE. I'm still not sure that I put the crystals in the right place. It looks nice, though. It does not look super high-end. I wouldn't hang this is a main living space, but looks good enough for a bathroom or walk-in closet. About what you would expect from a light of this price.

    this chandelier is amazing!! love it and get so many compliments on it! was a little difficult putting on all the crystals but sooo worth it!!

Is the shade detachable/replaceable? I might want something less see thru and replace it. Also, is the total height from bottom crystal to where the chain starts a total of 21" high or do the crystals make it taller? Also, does it come with a cover/ceiling plate? jblaze789 on Nov 29, 2012
