  I bought two of these mattresses. One was too firm so I put it in the guest room. I got the medium firmness and it is just right. I was worried because I am very heavy but this mattress provides plenty of support and really is wonderful. No gaps. I can't explain how comfortable it is. But I think it is the best mattress I have ever slept on.

  We ordered this for a guest bedroom, and while I would not recommend it for daily use, it is quite comfortable for only occasional use. The packaging and set up are pretty cool, too.

  We purchased this bed mainly for my husband because he has back and SI Joint issues that keep him from sleeping properly. We have had a Sleep Number bed for about 6 years and at first it was fine, but over the years you need to keep adjusting it and neither of us can ever get comfortable. Both of us sleep wonderfully now at night - this is by far the MOST comfy bed I have ever slept on! When it was delivered we opened it up and let it lay flat in a spare room so it would fluff up and we were expecting a terrible stink (because of all the other reviews we read). HONESTLY, I got down on the darn thing and stuck my face in it and it hardly smelled at all! My husband has severe sinus issues and the smell would effect him more than the regular person and he was even fine with it. This bed is truly worth every penny we paid for it!!

  Mattress is wonderful for the first year. Wears out after that. My husband and I are of average weight and height, and after a year of using the mattress for one year it is permanently soft and worn out in the areas we sleep. We've tried flipping it and turning it, and it only helps for a night or two. I wouldn't purchase this one again.

  We purchased this bed almost a month ago. We've got the "soft", which is still VERY firm - but my back has never felt better. It does retain heat though, which is good now because it's the winter, but we may buy a cooling topper for the summer time, as we don't have air conditioning. It was easy to unwrap and install, and there was only a slight odor which went away after a few days. It's a great bargain for what it is and I'm so happy to not be sleeping on a spring mattress any longer.
