I needed a slimmer mattress for my new bed frame and decided I wanted to try memory foam as opposed to another spring mattress. The quality of this product for the price is excellent. I did not experience any odors from packaging and it expanded fully within a day. It is nice and firm and provides a wonderful night's sleep, void of any aches and pains the next morning. The only difficulty I had was finding reasonably priced sheets for the shallow depth.

I did quite a bit of research before deciding on this item. There was no firmness rating on this one so that made me nervous but the reviews and price point were good so I went for it. The mattress does arrive folded into quarters in a small box, very heavy. I highly recommend bringing box to the room in which the mattress will be, as it is so heavy and unstructured that moving it once opened would be very hard. Once out of the box, it took a little less than a day to "fluff up" from being pressed together in a small box. We gave the mattress 24 hrs. to fully expand before putting it on the platform frame. Having had a pillow top for the last 10+ years and going to a memory foam, I personally would rate this mattress on the firmer side. But I LOVE it and it does what a memory foam is supposed to. I have been sleeping on it for over a week now and have been experiencing the best sleep I've had in years!!! Also, I have read some memory foam mattresses emit a chemical smell for a little while when new. I never experienced that with this one. No factory or chemical odors. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!!!

I realize memory foam mattresses are not for every one, but this is a great product for me. With over a year on it, it still looks brand new, no sagging or dents. I developed some residual low back issues, including 3 ruptured discs, and this mattress has seen me through the pain healing to no current in pain. I will buy another in the future for my guest room.

I was a little skeptical that this mattress would be as good as some of the more higher priced ones but I was in dire need of a new one so I took a chance. It was so much better than I thought it would be. It's very soft and conforms to my contours. I've had it for about two years now and it's still going strong. No sagging like other cheap foam mattresses usually do after the first year or so of use. The only thing is that it is much softer than the "firm" support title on it suggests so for consumers that require a firm mattress for that extra support this may not be the product for you.

I purchased two of the mattresses two years ago for my son's bunk beds. And I love the mattresses! I wish I had mattresses as nice as these! I wish I had mattresses as nice as these! The buyer definitely got quite a steel because the mattresses have always had a thin waterproof pad on top and then an allergy bag around the mattress. So basically they got brand-new mattresses at a fraction of the cost. I did need to contact customer service for a small defect and one of the mattresses. I could not be happier with the new mattress, thanks to all the prior reviews! We have been using it for about a month now and love it...more importantly my husband loves it..I was afraid it would be to hard for him. We ordered a medium as a compromise. I will say the bed definitely keeps your body temperature warmer...we are hoping it wont be too warm in the summer! In short...fast deliver, we let ours rise just over 24 hours with no problems...great product and we are considering ordering another for our spare room!

I am delighted with how sturdy this product has been. We have slept on it for six months and it is still like new. I didn't give it five stars because the cover doesn't stay in place. Maybe if there were elastic on the cover, it would stay in place better.
