This mattress is very comfortable and sends to be great quality. The box springs are iffy as it has a metal wire frame as support instead of wood

Mom was falling out of bed because she tossed and turned all night. I purchased this bed (with no regrets) for my mother who has difficulty staying asleep. She LOVES THE BED, no longer tosses and turns and now wakes up without hip or joint pain. The mattress came in a box that was small enough for us to transport in car. It weighed about 35 lbs. Mom is a very short person now that she has aged and her old bed was really too high. We had a piece of plywood cut to size and placed it on her old metal bed frame (without her old box spring). It is now the perfect size for her and I am no longer concerned that she will fall from either getting in the bed or getting out. I know she is not able to roll out of bed because the mattress cuddles her all night. She just loves it and so do we. I have had my memory foam mattress for about 8 years now and it is still going strong. It was also purchased from Overstock.

I purchased this for a very small guest room and decided to sleep on it before asking guests to do so. First off, the bed is so much cuter than all the other bulky, black-metal rollaway cots you can find online. I worried about how thin the foam mattress was, but because of the springs it feels firm and yet like you're floating in air. I had a very comfortable sleep last night. About the dimensions: I am a 5'6" female and weigh 130 lbs. and could turn and stretch easily on the bed. However, if I have tall guests or guests closer to 200 lbs then I would probably give them my bed and take the iBed as I'm not sure how comfortable it would be for them. So obviously you must think about the kinds of people using the bed. Although I would far and away recommend the iBed any day over an air mattress or a twin bed with squeaky springs. Be aware that it is easy to pinch your fingers as you open the bed up. If you don't flip it over quickly enough and let gravity hold it down then it will try to fold back up in the middle. Adults shouldn't have a problem but I could see an older child getting hurt trying to open it.

bought the mattress about 6 months ago. My wife and I love it, and recommend it to others. We bought the medium firmness and it seems to be great. It has softened up a bit, but that's not a bad thing. However, the metal folding platform that they sell with it we don't recommend that. It is very squeaky and we are getting rid of it shortly. As far as the mattress it is awesome and a great value!

I am amazed at the quality of this mattress! It used to be that sofa sleepers offered little sleep because of the metal bar that was part of the frame and seemed to protrude through the mattress! This mattress eliminates that. I bought this mattress for a used sofa we purchased for my daughter's room. Now she always has someplace for a friend to sleep when staying overnight!

I just moved from a queen spring to a twin foam to save space in my apartment - the size difference is something to adjust to - that not withstanding - so is the foam- you just kinda sink right into it and stay put. I find myself not tossing and turning like I was on my old metal spring mattress.

We needed something not over powering and nice for a guest room. House decorated eclectically, but basically a mission style décor. We decided on this bed frame with a 12" gel foam mattress, also from overstock and I couldn't be happier with the results. The bed did have a few misplaced holes on the slats, but nothing really major. We will redrill if there is an issue. We fit the memory foam mattress right on top of the slats. There is a about 3" between the slats and if we notice any issues, will put in more slats under the mattress. The frame is very substantial. Much better than those flimsy metal frames. The frame with a 12" thick mattress is fine. I had originally been thinking a 14" mattress which would be fine also. You can sit on the mattress to comfortably put on shoes etc. The mattress is a good value, particularly for the guest room. There is a chemical smell, but we had this also with our tempurpedic. It gets less noticeable with time. I was a little hesitant to buy this on the internet, but am happy with the purchase. The mattress arrives all folded up, so we were amazed when it popped into the right size.

This is my first time ordering a foam mattress and I didn't want to pay a lot. I've been a metal spring mattress buyer do far so I had a lot of concerns because many of the reviews were about 80/20 good and bad. Honestly I had no idea what brand this was before purchasing it, I just liked the price and that you can choose a firmness. The delivery was fast and the packaging was very secure and clean. The box was a bit heavy, I ordered the queen size medium mattress and it was 117 lbs. It was about 5 ft tall maybe a little more and rolled in a tootsie roll type way. I dragged it to my room after I removed the box. Note that I am a 23 yr old woman and it wasn't very difficult, but if stairs are involved then yes it would be. The mattress was only open for 1 hr and it already started getting bigger. I didn't take measurements unfortunately but it looks true to size. After I laid on it I immediately noticed a difference. I will write a review after a few nights. I also purchased the 10 yr warranty. So far I would recommend anyone to try this mattress.

Perfect for me. It came all rolled up and needed me and my husband and a dolly to get into the house. The rolled up mattress was over six feet in length, and weighed over 100 pounds. When it was unfolded (it was wrapped VERY well, so no damage in shipping) it "popped" up and we left it for 24 hours to fully inflate. I don't remember any bad smell. We let it inflate on the bedframe, which was a good thing to do as it is a heavy mattress when full inflated. My husband said he doesn't want to take this mattress with us when we move because it is so heavy. Much heavier than a regular mattress that goes over a box spring. I like this foam mattress because we don't need a box spring; so it's just the one mattress on a metal bed frame. I'll eventually buy a platform bed for this mattress. The only problem is that the foam is HOT; which is not good for my over 6' husband who weighs over 200 pounds, and me going through menopause hot flashes. I did buy a mattress cover which helps GREATLY. So buy a mattress cover and your body heat will not bother you.
