yes there are directions-under the flap--only 1 page and yes you need 2 people to put it together but it is worth it.....the Comfort....is outstanding...after we put the mattress together --I took a nap and after only an hour---my back didnt hurt anymore or since........

We've used this bed for over a month and find it to be very comfortable -- meeting our different needs for firmness and support. I'm impressed with the overall quality. I visited showrooms for other manufacturers and was surprised to find this one had better air chamber baffles, thicker top and no divider foam in the middle. The air pump and controls are equal to the number beds -- while the description stated only one control and live support couldn't find anything to the contrary, in doing outside research, I learned it did indeed have two, with number settings. I think the only thing we found a little interesting was that it arrived in 7 packages with no instructions for assembly or operation. So, plan on a little puzzle work and a bit of experimentation with the controls. The baffles do lose a tiny bit of pressure over the course of the day but you just hit memory and it takes it to your desired number. They don't lose enough pressure at night to notice while you sleep.

received the package in a timely manor, however when the cardboard crate was opened to my surprise there was no instructions on how to put the airbed together. fortunately when i dismantle my old one and saw how it was put together i was able to get the job done. in the description of the product nowhere did it mention that there was no warranty that came along with the purchase, it was just omitted. bad business practice by not telling all.

After looking at other products such as the Sleep Comfort (for $4,000), I decided to give Caress Air-Bed a try. After getting the bed side incorrect initially and having to send the queen-size back (it was very inconvenient!), Overstock got it right. The bed itself is great! It was a little difficult to put together, however, once together, it looked great! My partner likes a very firm mattress and l prefer a softer bed. We both get a great night's sleep! For the price, you can't beat it!
