Great Piece, except bright white edges

this Piece is Wonderful. I initially bought it to hang in my living room. But, it is such a deep gold, metalic tone(which is perfect for my lightish creme), BUT...and this is a BIG factor, it sticks out 3/4 of an inch, but with it be CANVAS WHITE on Two peices, that is all you notice. I moved it to the top of a stairs, on a smaller wall, where people will not see the side, so it works great. Just be aware, if you don't get the framed one( I have Cherry-wood furniture, so i opted-out), you will have to have it fitted with a frams. and it's an odd frame size. And it would have cost me just as much as the pictures to have it framed to match my furniture. Wish they would have wrapped it around, but they didn't, so be prepared for a great picture and rich colors next to canvas white and Then Your walls are probley not canvas white. But i love it, now that i found a new place for it.
