Masterbuilt Electric Digital Smokehouse 30 Inch 2nd Gen Body has a black powder coated body. The integrated, streamline control panel with blue LED display makes reading temperatures and cooking time in direct sunlight easy. With a redesigned front access drip pan and a smoother operating wood chip loading system, this smoker is ready for any challenge. The improved drip catching system makes for easy clean up. The full foam insulation keeps the hear in, making for consistent smoking. You will have 721 square inches of cooking area, with 800 watt heating element. Thermostat temperature control for even cooking from 100 degrees to 275 degrees. There are four chrome coated cooking racks and a fully insulated body and door.
