The rug is much brighter in person than shown on the monitor. Also, and this is really obvious, there is little to no contrast between the rug background and the starbursts. So the rug ends up looking like a giant aqua colored bath rug.
Site description is not very accurate. There are these colors listed and which was I to believe? Blue, Teal, Aqua, Light Aqua. Most of description was OPINION, not fact, therefore most of description is useless. It's too hard to return with Overstock's horrible service to APO addresses. I can use it in another room, but why can't Overstock get colors right? Ballard Designs gets them right. Home Decorators gets them right. I've checked this on three computers and they all match- they all show a rug with darker, dusty blue flowers with an aqua background. This rug is aqua, and "tonal" difference is non-existent. As another poster stated, this looks more like a large bath mat. If that's the look you are going for, this is a decent rug.
- How did the color on site compare with the actual product? Only that they are roughly in the same family. Most normal people would call this aqua, NOT PRIMARY COLOR BLUE.
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. Decent quality, although the lack of contrast (It's not like the photo) is sure to show dirt.
