    • Not impressed-embarrassed

      I was initially impressed by the piece. It looks great and comes fully assembled (now for the but) but the trays are attached to the seat cushions with velcro which causes them to shift and the cushions are upholstered on particle board which have cracked on both pieces leaving it unstable and bascially useless except for storage. Since the piece appears to be seating, I was constanly embarrassed by having to tell guests not to sit on it. I finally moved it into a storage closet, definately not its intended use.

    • NOT your bang for your buck

      I initially submitted a review saying you're getting your bang for your buck...not the case at all. It is not sturdy at all. We set it aside until we were ready to use it. I wish we started to use it right away to realize how unsafe it is. My husband kneeled on it once to grab something off a table that was beside it and it completely caved in! Thank God he was able to catch himself! Had this been our little daughter, I don't know that she would not have gotten hurt. We didn't realize it was constructed out of particle board; so much for thinking it was sturdy. When we took it out of the box, we turned over the trays to see how nice it looked. However, when we turned them back over for the 'seating' look, we noticed the fabric on the storage part was already torn. So it did NOT slide back in easily. We had to keep our finger over it and try to slide that side first to prevent it from tearing further. We let that go but wish we hadn't. Save your money and pay the extra for a durable piece of furniture. DISAPPOINTED.

    • love it

      We bought this piece for our living room and it goes very nicely with our couch. It arrived on time and in about a week or less. It was in perfect condition when it arrived. The great thing about this is it can be used for seating, to put your feet up, or as a table. For large dinner parties it can be used as a second bench at our dining room table. We are very happy with this purchase!
