This took over a month to be delivered but I was not disappointed. I chose this console over other less expensive ones because I did not want to waste 8 hours of my time trying to put such a thing together. So worth the price. Additionaly, I removed the shelf from one side and moved it to the other to make room for my large fax machine. Now my fax is behind the glass door. I placed a 55 inch LED TV on top of the console. I like the sliding doors in the back that have slots to keep the wires from being tangled. I also like that it has a power strip to plug all the components in. I have received numerous compliments on this console. Exactly as pictured and described.

We bought this piece for our basement rec room/theatre. It is a gorgeous piece of furniture - and the White Glove service was wonderful! It is very well put together and looks like it should cost three times what we paid for it! We are extremely pleased that we chose this piece; it looks great with our 55" flat screen TV!

First furniture purchase at Overstock and wow am I impressed. The delivery service was incredible and what a beautiful piece and no assembly, it is real furniture! I didn't want veneers and fake wood furniture and goodness knows I looked at every store in my general area. So went to Overstock, read the information and received this incredible piece of furniture. It is beautiful, fits at 50 inch flat screen and at the right height and is great quality, even the hardware is top notch. Better then anything I saw at stores for $1000 more. It goes great with my eclectic blend of antiques and contemporary styling. Everyone that comes to our new house admires it especially when I tell them it is from Overstock. I keep coming back to Overstock for everything for my new house.

This was my second attempt at ordering "large pieces" of furniture from Overstock. I am glad I gave it a second chance. The console came fully assembled, and is the nicest piece of furniture in my condo . . . . Its so beautiful. The box had some damage, and the rear of the unit had some nicks, but they are in the back, near the bottom, with no structural damage, so I accepted delivery. Also, one of the rear doors doesnt slide as easily due to a little damage to the sliding rail, but I didn't think this was a big deal.I have had company over, and they LOVE the console, and the matching end tables and bookcases.This was a good choice - with quick shipping - at a great price.I am very happy!

I was pleased from beginning to end. The piece came without a scratch, already assembled and packed in a wood frame which was removed so I could examine it. It is exactly true to picture and like a fine piece of furniture. The price even decreased before I ordered it, so it was much less than the furniture store for the quality. This turned me on to Overstock and I have ordered many items since wuth the same enthusism.

I must say I was concerned with the quality of this piece before it arrived. Well my concerns were put to rest. Wow. What a great piece of furniture. It looks great. I love the back ventilation brackets. I can go on and on, but you will be happy with this entertainment center. Well worth the money.

All of the reviews are spot on! The best part about this product is it comes put together! Worth every penny in my book. We were able to use it right away! It is very heavy though, so make sure when they deliver it you like where it is. Moving it by yourself is next to impossible if you change your mind. There was a piece that fell off underneath the console, but we haven't seemed to have missed it....yet. Works perfect for our needs and I like the storage. Delivery took about 3 weeks though.

this product is really nice. It came in perfect shape. It's so heavy I can hardly move it (thankgod the people delivering it put it in its place) This is a beautiful piece. Stong, sturdy and looks great!!!! The only thing I wish it had was a power surge for the power strip which is built into the back. That would have made it perfect. I don't think I ever have to worry about it falling apart-it's built like a brick-house. Would definetely recommend!!!!!

Perfect size and height for my 55 inch TV, and it is beautiful too. It looks so good that I am going to have to upgrade some of my other living room pieces. The built in surge suppressor is a bit cheap. I plan on replacing it. Buy you will not be disappointed. White glove delivery is included. That is hard to beat.

I was looking for a good tv stand for my new 58 inch tv but was having a problem finding a real and solid piece of furniture. I found it in this piece from Overstock.com. The Manhattan contemporary console is exactly what I was looking for. the color is great and goes well with almost any furniture. The best part is the solid construction. Ordering a piece of furniture online was a little scary because I wasn't sure what I was really going to get. I didn't want a cheap put it together yourself kind of piece. With this unit I am not disappointed. I really think we got what we paid for in this unit. I have absolutely no complaints. The delivery time was only a couple of weeks; not the potentially long wait that was advertized. The console came in one piece without so much as a scratch. I am very impressed with my purchase and the service from Overstock.com.

I received my console in perfect condition. The delivery company was professional and very accommodating. This is the first time I ordered furniture without seeing it in person. I am beyond pleased.

i am very happy w/the unit...it is solidly constructed and aesthetically attractive as others have noted. think it's a bargain at the price.

I can't really add much to what has already been said. The unit was delivered within 5 days, even though Overstock said it may take much longer. The unit was assembled and undamaged. The unit was clearly made with quality materials and is as sturdy a piece of furniture as anything I've owned. The functionality is very good with a fair amount of space for movies and music and more than enough space for all of my AV equipment. There are thoughtful accessories like the mounted power strip and vented back doors and unbeknownst to me, even the middle shelf slides out. The only cons to this unit is that is did scuff rather easily when I carefully (or so I thought I was being careful) placed my 54" Panny on it. It would be nice to have just a tad more room for movies and music and would be nice if it were a few inches higher, but overall this is a great unit, well built, attractive and the service from Overstock was very good.

This is a really nice piece of furniture. A little expensive but well worth the money.

We are very happy with the solid construction and appearance of the product. It suits our needs perfectly: a few inches deeper than most on the market (depth needed for our tuner) and glass doors and drawers to hide clutter and keep out dirt. The whole thing came already assembled. Delivery took about 15 days from CA to MI. Delivery guy was very helpful and pleasant.The only drawback is that the wood off-gassed for a couple of weeks. It was very pungent for the first few days. We were lucky that we ordered it in the summer so we opened windows and doors to keep the air circulating. Now, 1.5 months later, there's no smell and it still looks and works great.

We purchased this console to support a Panasonic 54 inch plasma and home theater components. And boy, this stand is fantastic. The workmanship and quality (although it's made in China) is fantastic. Dovetailed drawer, solid wood (no veneers here!), and very heavy (box said 212 pounds). The doors are perfectly aligned, the hardware is top notch, there is a center support (5th leg that isn't shown in the pictures), and the finish is smooth. The cable management in the back is great, the power strip (5 outlets) helps reduce the number of wires exiting, and the adjustable shelves allows perfect fit of a receiver, DVD player, DVD recorder, satellite box, and networking hardware. We looked at local furniture stores, and at this price, we saw mostly MDF/veneer based products that pale in comparison to this item. I highly recommend it. But... The shipping was atrocious. It took about 2 weeks to receive this. There was one guy, middle aged with an apparent bad back. He was unable to two-wheel the box by himself and asked me for help. After the box fell off the two wheeler and got it back on, we finally got it to the front door. I then had to help him carry it up 4 steps and through the doorway. I opened the package to inspect for any damage (scratches, broken glass, etc). There was a small scratch on the back of of the console, which I showed the delivery guy. He quickly quipped

This console is perfect for the job of holding a big flat screen, plus components in the most dressed up room in your home. It is a really beautiful piece of furniture that blends in with fine furniture. Sturdy, pre-assembled, with fit and finish for the discerning decorator. The doors swing open easily and fit tightly. I use the sliding open drawer for my turntable. The designers of this piece really thought through the details (e.g., cord routes and storage). I hestitated buying this because it cost more than many consoles, but it is worth the money if you have the money. Delivery was quick from Overstock, and the piece arrived in perfect condition because it was so well packed.

Quality piece. Looks fantastic and functional. Really fine workmanship, drawers and doors all move smoothly! Excellent delivery within about 5-7 days. It is a heavy piece and not easy to move!

My husband still has a turntable (dinosaur alert), and the pull-out shelf works perfectly to hold it. The vented back is great for all our components. although one sliding panel doesn't move as freely as the other one. The console was delivered in a timely fashion. There was a HUGE gash in the box, and when I inspected it I found a small nick on the underside of the piece. I decided not to refuse delivery, and I'm glad I made that decision. Despite the damaged box and small nick (which can't be seen), when the piece is set up it looks like a million bucks, and it functions just like we want it to. Solid, no assembly required, and we got it for a good O price (seems to have gone up?)

This is a genuine US made piece of hardwood furniture that is worthy of high-end residences. I previously had a console that "sagged" from the TV weight soon after purchase. No problem with this console. First class.
