Good performance and quality for the price. I have had limited use of this mandolin so far, but it has worked great for potatoes and cucumbers.

The product is well engineered, but I have not used it as yet, so I cannot comment on how well it works. I am on a 90 day liquid fast at he present time.

I bought this on another website and have been using it for years. It's a simple mandoline that makes thin slices. Great for salads and sandwiches. Especially great for tomatoes. There are more advanced mandolines out there, but if you just want something that is quick and easy for slicing, this is a great product.

The "hand protector" did not fit in the slide holder of the mandolin..proving it a hazard to slicing. Otherwise, it was a fairly efficient slicer.

As a result of using this mandolin, I had to go to the emergency room because I sliced off the pad of my little finger. It was my first and last time to use it. Too dangerous.

I especially like the julienne blades under the unit and brought up in place with the turn of a knob. I also like the depth adjustment knob. The depth adjustment was not marked - either on the unit or in the product booklet, so I had to measure a sample. I liked that the grater blades are stored separately, out of the way. I wouldn't be using them anyway. The unit - slices and julienne, is set up easily for my use. My previous mandoline blades were difficult to change, so I just left them on the process I most often used.

Salads are a lot easier and faster to prepare. I real time saver and worth the money.

Totally usless. The only thing good is the very sharp blade, if you could just use it.

Not the most heavy duty slicer but it works fine and is adjustable, which is great.

Great for ultra thin slices. Only slices up to 3mm thick, bummer if you're looking for thicker slices. Quick to clean, very convenient and fast for preparing salads, not much else.
