I bought this on another website and have been using it for years. It's a simple mandoline that makes thin slices. Great for salads and sandwiches. Especially great for tomatoes. There are more advanced mandolines out there, but if you just want something that is quick and easy for slicing, this is a great product.
The product is well engineered, but I have not used it as yet, so I cannot comment on how well it works. I am on a 90 day liquid fast at he present time.
First time I used a mandolin . It works very well. I need a little practice on my part to make usage smoother.
This is easy to use. Slices beautifully. Stays in place. Way better than those flimsy ones. Worth the extra money
Since this was a "professional" stainless steel mandoline, I expected the blades to be extremely sharp and remain that way. It just didn't matter what vegetable I put through this slicer, it ripped it more than cut it. I could have bought a cheap plastic one and probably had better results. Save your money! This was expensive for a product that just doesn't work well!!
