    The chair arrives well packed. The leather is very nice and the wood accents look great in my opinion compared to metal or plastic. Assembly is fine. No instructions per say, just an illustrated diagram. All in all the chair is slightly more expensive than we hoped to spend but we were looking for a quality, substantial chair. After receiving it and sitting in it my husband decided it doubles as a most comfortable gaming chair because you can recline and lock it in the ideal angle. We hope it holds up well. It's nice it has a 1 year warranty.

  • Great for lounging, but not work

    Ordered this for our CEO. After a miserable time putting it together (the back to the seat took forever to figure out, as the picture does not explain what magic angle to place them at, and how to get your fingers into the gap to slide the bolts into place), we were pleased with the results. It looks and feels great (leather and wood). Unfortunately, unlike many chairs these days that dump you out in the front in order to put you at a appropriate angle to work at a desk, this one does the opposite: there's no way to lower the front enough. I considered buying a cushion, but my boss also felt the arms were way too low, and I thought the lift range was a bit limited. Had we bought it at a local store, we would have returned it. Instead, it's become a very expensive lounge chair, and we're still in the market for a new chair for her desk.
