Excellent quality and workmanship. Elegance at its best. Color is beautiful. A little pricey for overstock.com but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for.
So, what I REALLY wanted were the Malta Rod Pocket Curtain panels, but they were out of the color I wanted.. the white with black.. in all sizes. Well then, I found this scarf, and what i've been able to do with this scarf! Not only have I been able to make the two curtains I wanted (a simple cut and stich and i'm not a sewer!), but i've been able to make tiebacks for my solid black curtains that hang over these curtains, tie backs for my "decoration" towels in the master bath AND throw pillows for the bed to tie it all together! There was a lot of material here to work with. This material IS VERY lightweight, dont expect it to block any light. Like I said, these hang under my Black Curtains, I need the black ones to block out the light. I dont have blinds yet in the master bedroom. I love the pattern of these curtains. Perfect for the black and white look I was going for in the bedroom.. matches the scroll work of the wrought iron decor.
I bought the Merlot/Gold to coordinate with a comforter set I had bought at a retail store. The colors are beautiful and look like the sample - a deep merlot red with gold. They go well with the comforter and look expensive.

I bought so I can cut and make my own window valances. I love the material but it is darker then what the picture shows. I did keep it because you can't beat the price.
