The mailbox quality is very good, but we did have to drill new holes for it to match up to the post that it came with. All in all for the price it is a beautiful mailbox.
At first, it just seemed HUGE when I took it out ot the box. But now that is on a post and out by the road, it looks fine. It is high quality and just what I need. My husband bought a remnant piece of pipe and a flat piece of steel and used his welder and then drilled some holes to attach it and had it ready in no time. Very happy with my choice/purchase.
This is an excellent product. We purchased both the post and the matching mailbox. The problem is you must install the mailbox perpendicular to the post, NOT parallel. Somewhere I saw a picture of the post and mailbox both facing out toward the street, this is NOT the correct installation and the holes in your post and mailbox will not line up. You need to set the post with the mailbox arm facing either right or left and then set the mailbox perpendicular, at which point the mailbox will then face the street. We set our post incorrectly at first and needed to reset it (not a pleasant project). I ended up calling the manufacturer's customer service department and they were very helpful. Now that we have it installed correctly, it is beautiful. So classy in front of our house!

very nice and atractive, a bit higher priced than I expected from overstock.com, but I guess you get what you pay for and it appears to be of high quality.
